We want you to be confident in your purchase of the “AI Ads Mastery” course. This policy explains when a refund is available and how to request one.

Nature of the product

AI Ads Mastery is a digital course that grants immediate access to online content and downloadable materials upon successful payment. Because the content is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are generally considered final.

When you can request a refund

We will review refund requests in the following situations:

• Technical issues: you are unable to access the Course due to a problem on our side that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time.
• Duplicate payment: you were accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase.
• Unauthorized payment: a charge was made without your authorization (please contact us and your bank promptly).

When refunds are not available

• You have already accessed or downloaded a substantial portion of the Course content.
• The request is based on a change of mind after consuming the material.
• The request is made more than 7 days after the date of purchase.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@aiagentsmasters.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please include the email address used at checkout and your Razorpay payment reference ID (found in your confirmation email). We will respond within 3 to 5 business days.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Razorpay. Once processed, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider. When a refund is issued, your access to the Course will be revoked.
